I woke up this morning with the bright idea to fix my laptop out of the blue. Actually I was working on a friends Powerbook that made my wheels turn. I was able to resurrect my Apple Powerbook G4 after being down for over 2 years. Come to find out it needed a new internal hard drive, LOL

My son destroyed his Apple iBook 13inch G4 early this summer. I was about to toss out both laptops, then I decided let’s try to frankenstein my machine, only going to toss it any way. I salvaged parts from my son’s old laptops and the rest if garbage*. I was able to salvage battery, ram, air card and hard drive. The hard drive works perfect in my Powerbook It’s alive!!!! The rest will go on ebay. I might even sell the Powerbook on ebay too.

*Hey I might be able to salvage the LCD, dvd/cdr drive and some more so I might just keep the rest…

As most people who know me know that I’m a BIG Scion fan. I’m a fan of the vehicles and BIG fan of the brand itself. So there is no way I couldn’t blog without plugging another favorite brand like Apple, google and of-course Scion

I really love my iPhone, but the camera sucks! I wish it had a flash with high res and the ability to shoot video. Here are some shots of my wife and son at a Sweet 16 event for my wife’s cousin. Low light…

I will try this and let you know how I do with it. I can;t type at all on computer or otherwise, go figure and I’m on the web 24/7 with both my Mac, HP Laptop and my iPhone.

I’m thining about installing boxee on my mac. What do you guys/gals think about it? I like hulu, but not available on boxee. Leave comments on the pros & cons about the program from your expereince and based on number of responses will help me decide. Thanks in advance.
